4 Electronic Equipment Recommendations With Texn Rewards

It is important to analyze the needs of your business and purchase the right amount of equipment when starting with Texn Rewards.  This will ensure an easy implementation and fewer equipment adjustments after the original setup. 

Recommendation #1: Front Check-In Station

To get the most out of the Texn Rewards system, it is recommended to have at least one check-in station at the front of your business.  This is where we capture customers phone number, first name, last name, and waiver signature.  We are constantly making improvements to the customer experience at the front check-in station.    

Recommendation #2: Front Cashier Side Screen

It is important to make sure everyone signs the waiver before moving on to pay the entry fee for your yard.  We can accomplish this with a separate screen which shows a new row of data each time a customer signs the waiver.  It provides valuable data such as date/timestamp, picture, name, active coupons, how many check-ins away from the next coupon, and the ability to add notes for each customer.  If you do not want a separate screen for employees, then we can enable a sound to go off once a check-in is complete so you can be confident that the customer signed your waiver.    

Recommendation #3: Vehicle Picks Station for Just In Notifications

We used to include vehicle picks on the entry check-in station, but have found that it slows down the check-in process too much.  Also, customers are entering their vehicle picks before they get into the yard and see if what they are looking for is there.  It is better to collect this data as customers are leaving or send them a text after leaving with a link to add their vehicle picks.  If you want to have a separate station near the exit where customers can make their vehicle picks, then you will need to factor in an additional screen for this purpose.      

Recommendation #4: Recommended Equipment To Purchase

For equipment options, we sell kiosks for $250 + shipping expense from Texas to your business location.  Our kiosks come with a stand and swivel which can easily be mounted to any surface.  We use Fully Kiosk to lockdown the internet browser so it is not easy for someone to use the kiosk for any other purpose.  You are welcome to purchase your own kiosks or you may already have some, and we can send you the recommended configuration settings for Fully Kiosk, if needed.  If you want to provide your customers with the best check-in experience, then you can purchase a Lenovo All-In-One Touchscreen computer from an electronics store such as Best Buy for about $800 with all items included (Anti-Virus, Geek Squad Accidental Protection, Mouse, Keyboard, etc.).  Our best recommendation is to start with one Lenovo All-In-One at the front of your business and then decide if you want kiosks for the cashier side and vehicle picks station.
