3 Options To Reward Your Loyal Customers: Single vs. Multi-Tiered

3 Options To Reward Your Loyal Customers: Single vs. Multi-Tiered

BY PARKER MITCHELL

Loyalty is becoming more and more of a taboo idea every day as society becomes less personalized, more virtual, and more technologically centered.  However, everyone has a desire to love and be loved which is probably going to be a concept which prevails as long as humans inhabit the Earth.

One great benefit to working with Texn Rewards is that we offer you the ability to reward your most loyal customers once they prove their loyalty to you.  Customers earn rewards by checking in on the kiosk with their phone number at each visit.  It is common to reward customers every 5-10 check-ins.  Each time the customer checks in on the kiosk, the kiosk will let them know how many check-ins they are from earning their next reward and what the reward will be.  However, the kiosk will count one check-in per day towards reaching the next reward goal.  Therefore, you do not have to worry about people checking in 5 times in a row on their first visit and earning a coupon.

There are three reward options with Texn Rewards:

Option A:   Single tier rewards give customers the same reward every X number of check-ins.  This is good if you want to keep it simple.

Option B:   Multi-tier rewards allow you to mix up the rewards.  For example, you can give customers different rewards at 5, 10, and 15 check-ins.  You can add as many tiers as you would like, and the rewards rotate back to the first reward tier once the last tier is reached.

Option C:   No rewards.  The nice thing about Texn Rewards is that everything is customizable, and you can decide which features of our program you want to implement.

If you have rewards enabled, then we attach mobile coupons to the reward so they are redeemable and trackable.  Customers redeem the coupons with your cashier when they check-out and it allows us to collect data on which coupons have a higher redemption rate.  We can also add an expiration date to your reward coupons.  It is recommended to expire the coupons 1-4 weeks after they are earned.  You can also allow rewards to be valid indefinitely. Please reach out to us if you want to create a reward tier for your campaign or make changes to your current reward tiers.  .
