Solving Self-Service Problems With Just In Notifications – Part 5: Spanish Just In

So, some large salvage yard companies have built out their own Just In systems. However, do they have a Spanish option for their Hispanic customers? Hispanic customers can account for up to half of your customer base so you want to make sure they are included in your program. Texn Rewards not only has a Spanish option on the kiosk for the text marketing program, but we now have extended the Spanish option to include Just In customers. Here is how it works:
Step 1: You text your Hispanic customers a couple hours after joining your Spanish text marketing system to promote your Spanish Just In.
*Customers click the link and are redirected to your Just In sign up page
Step 2: Click the “Español” button
Step 3: Fill out the form in Spanish
Step 4: The text on your Just In dashboard is displayed en Español. You can toggle between English and Spanish.
Step 5: If your dashboard page is currently in Spanish, then you will receive a Spanish text when the vehicle arrives.

*The text will be sent in the language that your dashboard is currently set to. If your customer accidentally signed up in Spanish, then they just need to click the English button and everything will go back to English. We are keeping the “Just In” branding in English everywhere for branding.
