Do you want to be notified either via text or email when a customer texts in? You can always login to client.texnrewards.net, go to Reports -> Received Log to see what customers are texting in.  However, that requires you to go login.  This may be the best option for and, if so, then more information can be found in the article called Responding To Customers Who Text In.  That article explains how to look up messages and respond to individual customers.  On the other hand, you can also be notified of responses via SMS or email by following the following steps:

Step 1:       Login to your Client Portal

Step 2:       Go to Messaging -> Mobile Settings

Step 3: Configure incoming message notifications either via email or text message

Step 4: Manage Email Notifications – Enter your email and then make sure only Messages -> Incoming Replies has a checkmark next to it.

Step 5: Manage text message notification – Add your phone number to be texted incoming replies.

Step 6: Login to client.texnrewards.net if you want to reply to any of the incoming messages individually.
