How Many Check-Ins Am I From A Reward?

If you’re a Texn Rewards customer who likes to reward your customers for their loyalty, then you may want to hear about this feature.  As you already should know, customers are only allowed one check-in towards their next reward for each business day.  If a customer goes back out to their vehicle and returns, then they will have to check in again.  However, if a customer checks in more than one time in a day, then the number of check-ins away from a reward will not change after the first check-in.

If it is their first check-in of the day and you have rewards activated, then it will let you customer know how many check-ins they are from a reward on the last screen.  We added this in because we want your customer to know the progress each check-in.  This helps them believe in the system since they can see that the number of check-ins until the next reward is decreasing by one each time they come in.  It keeps everyone accountable, improves trust, and can help motivate your customers to come in more often. 

When your customer gets to the check-in where they earned a reward, then the screen will let them know!  They will also immediately receive a text with their mobile coupon attached!
