Voiding Check-Ins & Re-Checks

What happens when someone enters the wrong phone number and wants to check-in again? Well, this is the optimal way to do this:
#1: Go ahead and have the customer check in again with their proper phone number
#2: Go back to the wrong phone number check in and void it off of the check-ins screen
What happens if you have loyalty rewards activated for 20% off every 5th visit and someone goes back to their car and comes in for a second time on the same day? Will they get credit for two visits on the same day?
- No, they will only get credit for the first check-in towards their reward. However, we will collect a waiver sign in on the second time they enter as well. The difference is that “Re-Check” will say “Yes” on Check-In Manager which means they will not get credit towards a reward on the 2nd+ check-in for the day.
*Re-Check = Yes means it is the 2nd or higher visit for that customer on that day. They do not get credit towards a reward if Re-Check = Yes.
