Which Campaigns Is A Customer Subscribed To And Manually Opting In/Out

If you want to know which campaigns a specific phone number is subscribed to, then you want to follow these steps:

Step 1:      Login to client.texnrewards.net

Step 2:      Go to Contacts -> View Contacts

Step 3:      Search by mobile and click the edit pencil for the contact you want more info about

Step 4:      Look under Campaign Management and manually opt customers in and out

If there is a red circle with a diagonal line through it, then the customer is currently opted out of the campaign. You can click on the red circle in order to manually opt them in, however, you want to have express written consent.  If there is a square with a green checkmark, then the customer is currently opted in.  You can click the green square with the checkmark to manually opt the customer out of this campaign. 

Step 5:      Check under Contact Information and manually opt the customer out of all messages if they do not want to be in any campaigns.

This will opt your customer out of all future messaging.  

Step 6:      If they ever want to opt back in after opting out of everything, then you must first delete the contact out of Contacts -> View Contacts. Then, go to Messaging -> Mobile Campaigns and manually opt the contact back into the campaign they want to be in
