Keyword Summary Report

Carrier total reports are helpful if you have multiple keyword campaigns and want to know how many messages went out for each campaign. The most common campaigns are an English, Spanish, and Just In Campaign. To see this report, login to the Client Portal -> Reports -> Keyword Summary. Enter the search parameters and then there are five columns: Opt-Ins, Opt-Outs, New Contacts, Messages Received, and Messages Sent.
Opt-Ins are how many new customers signed in with their phone number for the first time. Opt-Outs refers to how many customers text in “STOP” after opting in. This will send them a message letting them know they are opted out of the campaign and will no longer receive messages. Messages received represents how many texts were sent in by customers. These can be found in the Received Log. Messages received do not count as a message. Only messages sent count towards your monthly total.
Usually, the kiosk campaign keyword will either say English or Spanish in the name so you can tell which language goes with each campaign. For example, Texn Rewards may have TexnRewardsEnglish and TexnRewardsEspanol for the keyword campaigns.
